- nuclear atypia
- atypical mitotic figures
- capsular and sinusoidal invasions

- NSE + (neuron-specific enolase)
- synaptophysin +
- alpha-inhibin
- melan A
- p53

- Diffuse and strong immunopositivity with an antimitochondrial antibody proves that this tumor is truly oncocytic.
