Definition: Clear cell cribriform hyperplasia is a form of nodular hyperplasia of the prostate without atypia.

Synopsis

- Cribriform arrangement (glandular clusters with punched out lumens) of clear/pale eosinophilic cells with complex papillary growth simulating carcinoma.
- Conspicuous basal cells, small, uniform nuclei are associated.
- There is no prominent nucleoli.
