Fallopian metaplastic papillary tumour


Definition: The metaplastic papillary tumor is a rare, benign, incidental lesion that is usually found during pregnancy or post-partum.


- Eosinophilic or mucinous papillae with small cysts
- Large vesicular nuclei with minimal stratification, no crowding or atypia
- Rare mitoses

Differential diagnosis

- tubal carcinoma
