- chronic inflammation
- fibrosis,
- deformity
- complete endothelial loss
- fibrin deposit
- mixed inflammatory infiltration,
- complete mural necrosis with severe inflammation can be present
- vasa vasoritis with marked intimal thickening and luminal narrowing
