True Papillary Carcinoma


- Should be composed of at least 75% true papillae with fibrovascular cores.
- This particular pattern is believed to be more aggressive.
- Lymph node metastases in this pattern are commonly seen.
- TTF-1(+) and thyroglobulin(-)
